For the first time, the doors of “véritable-suisse”, the gourmet & premium wine trade fair, will open on June 18-20, 2022,
in, at and around the Sihlberg Castle in Zurich.

Over 70 top winemakers from Siwtzerland and over 40 others from all over the world will present their fine wines. The presentation will be held in the unique ambiente of the historical and beautiful Sihlberg castle. 1000 exclusively invited guests from the gastronomic scene, hotel industry and delicacies have the opportunity on Monday, June 20, 2022 to taste over 700 of the world‘s best wines. Moreover they can come into lively exchange with the TOP winemakers.
Already on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19, 2022, the fair will be open to the public from 11 am.

In addition to the wine fair, two other stages provide a platform for stars of top cuisine, live demonstrations and product presentations

Interesting expert lectures by renowned personalities, a discussion forum and workshops will enrich exhibitors and guests.

As a special theme and guest, GIN 2022 will find an exclusive presence.

Together with the exhibitors and the exclusively invited guests, we will round off the successful day with an exquisite dinner and a fine wine on monday evening.

The „véritable-suisse“ is the source for decision makers from gastronomy, hotel business and fine food for inspiration and networking.
